Graphic novels combine a story with sequential art either in a traditional comic book format or new experimental formats. Graphic novels are often fiction stories, but can also include non-fiction topics and re-writes of modern and classic novels.

Mott Library has a small collection of graphic novels that are shevled in the young adult and paperback fiction areas on the first floor.
